Welcome to a charming cottage located in the heart of Orust, surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowers and crops that bloom during the summer months. Here, you can enjoy fresh air and a tranquil environment, perfect for recharging and finding peace. The house is situated on a hill, offering stunning views in several directions, which can be enjoyed both from inside the house and the spacious yard.

Upper Floor:
Upon entering the house, you are welcomed by a hallway leading to a large, open kitchen with a dining area, ideal for family meals. There’s a cozy living room with a fireplace and TV. The hall also connects to a fresh bathroom with a shower, washing machine, toilet, and sink. This floor also features two bedrooms, both with double beds. For children, there is a playroom with a bunk bed (90/120 cm) and access to a large terrace where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Lower Floor:
A staircase leads to another bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a sleeping alcove with a single bed (90 cm) separated by a curtain. The lower floor includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 cm) and the other with a larger double bed (180 cm). Additionally, there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The two floors are separated by a door, allowing for privacy, and the lower floor has its own entrance, providing extra flexibility.

Garden:
The large garden offers plenty of space for play and relaxation, with several outdoor seating areas perfect for barbecues and dining under the open sky. There are outdoor furniture sets on both levels and a secluded terrace. By the forest edge, there is a grill area with views of the apple orchard and seating. In the surrounding meadows, you may spot deer and even moose. The nearby forest invites children to play and explore.

Beaches within a 10–20 Minute Drive:
For a refreshing swim, you can choose from various relaxing spots both in the yard and nearby.

Activities and Attractions:
Just 400 meters from the house is a delightful bakery offering fresh bread and pastries, as well as locally produced goods. Next door is an old dairy that now houses Orust Reuse, a center for sustainable consumption and second-hand shopping.

Orust and the neighboring islands offer a variety of activities and excursions. Visit car-free islands such as Gullholmen, Kärringön, Åstol, and Dyrön for a unique experience. Explore charming coastal communities or take a trip to Göksäter, home to the famous discount store "Lilla Ullared," only a 15-minute drive away.
