Welcome to Northwest of Skane and this cozy and newly renovated cottage. The 50 sqm cottage is located in Lerbaeckshult, a quiet and pleasant cottage about 1 mile from Ängelholm, 2 miles to Båstad.
The beautiful surroundings around the cottage invite you to wonderful walks and bike rides. About 150 m away, is the community's shared pool, sauna, tenniscourt and playground. Perfect for families with children!
Near the cottage area is wonderful Västersjön with the possibility of fishing. (fishing license required). There is also opportunities to swim in the lake and barbecue areas.
Animals are not eligible.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms, room 1: with 120 cm bed and wardrobe, room 2: with bunk bed. Living room with open plan layout with sofa bed for 2 people, dining table, TV and fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, toilet with shower. Storage room with washing machine and cleaning supplies. Heating with air source heat pump. Outside you have a large lawn for all summer activities and games + playhouse. On the large terrace there is a sitting table and a barbecue.
