Air-conditioned guest cabin

Welcome to our air-conditioned guest cabin (53 sqm + sleeping loft 7 sqm), a state-of-the-art leisure accommodation in an open plan located by Slättsjön (swimming/fishing lake) in Vrigstad.

The guest cottage (new construction standard) is located on our plot of land well separated from view and with a common room, glazed conservatory with infrared heating, sleeping alcove with 2 beds and sleeping loft with 2 beds (all with new pocket sprung mattresses). Sofa bed with 1-2 beds (one adult or two children).
Shower/wc with ceiling heating and washing machine.
The living room has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, cooker hood, combination oven with microwave and grill) dining area for 4-6 people. South-facing patio - all with a view of the bathing lake just 60 meters from the cabin.

If you dream of a really cozy, relaxing holiday in beautiful nature and yet not isolated, you've come to the right place. The area is quietly located on the edge of a small new construction area, from where you can take a walk in the nearby forest and in the open landscape with views of the lake. It is possible to rent a boat and fish in the lake (perch and pike).

At Slättsjöbadet just next door, there are bathing piers, jumping tower, changing room, cold water shower, dry toilet, grass areas and beach volleyball net.
There are good cycle paths all around. The community is a nice walk or a 4-minute drive.

Vrigstad Wärdshus (Best Western) serves good food. There are also three pizzerias. Well-stocked Hemköpbutik. Circle K sandwich with misc. small dishes and general purchases.

The community also has a padel hall, sports field, modern playground, motocross track, unique banking museum as well as Power Athletics Gym, pharmacy and doctor's station.

Vrigstad community is beautifully situated between several lakes on the Småland highlands 14 km west of Sävsjö. Within a radius of 6 miles there are also the cities of Jönköping/Huskvarna, Växjö, Värnamo, Nässjö, Vetlanda, Eksjö.

• Skurugata nature reserve Eksjö (54 km) is often called Småland's classic natural monument and consists of an approximately 800 m long gorge. From "Skuruhatt" it takes about an hour to walk through the gorge and back to the parking lot,

• Kleva Gruva outside Holsbybrunn (Vetlanda) (49 km) - discover, compete, relax. Here you can: visit the mine, treasure hunt, gold panning, climbing wall, picnic and barbecue, nature walks

• Tomtabacken (Malmbäck 15 km) is the highest 'roof' in the South Swedish Highlands with its 376.5 meters above sea level. It is the highest point in all of Götaland. There is an observation tower with a panoramic view of Småland's nature
