Villa with seaview close to beach

We are renting out our cozy villa with a sea view in Lyckorna, Ljungskile, for a few weeks this summer. The house was built in 2014 and, with its spacious 230 m², offers plenty of room. It is located in the heart of the charming old Lyckorna, which was established as a spa resort at the beginning of the last century. You are just 300 meters from the swimming area Kungsparken, which features a diving tower, cliffs, and a sandy beach. There are also several charming restaurants, a golf course, and easy access to both Gothenburg and the Bohuslän coastline.

The house includes two bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a dining area with space for 10 people, offering a beautiful view of Ljungskile Bay. It has four bedrooms: one with a double bed, a smaller one with a sofa bed for two, and two larger bedrooms with single beds. We also have a spacious terrace with barbecue facilities, plenty of seating, and a trampoline in the yard.

Our friendly and charming cats, Sigge and Estelle, would love to stay at home while we are away, so we are looking for cat lovers who can feed them and give them a little attention (although they are very independent outdoor cats).

Price per week in June: 12,000 SEK + departure cleaning fee of 1,000 SEK.
