The house has a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and porch. The whole house is newly renovated on the inside, with a new kitchen and bathroom/laundry room. Fully modern with dishwasher, washing machine, shower, internet via fiber and TV. Garden with large grass areas, suitable for play, games, socializing and dining and access to a charcoal grill. Very nice location with little traffic, 5 minutes to the sea (approx. 275 m) and one of Bohuslän's finest bathing spots with jetties, trampoline, beach and rocks. Mjörn belongs to the Stigfjorden nature reserve, with beautiful and untouched nature. There are nice hiking trails in the immediate area. In particular, a visit to Sundsby manor can be recommended, about a 6 km walk through forest and mountain nature. In season, there are plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forest. ICA Almösund, a very well-stocked shop, is about 7 km away.

For an additional charge, electric cars can be charged via 240 V.

Optionally, up to 6 extra berths on a cozy sailboat in the harbor (275 m distance) can be rented for an additional fee. Day trip, in sailing boat with skipper, can be arranged by agreement. Contact the owner for availability.

For rent weekly, Saturday to Saturday. Access on the day of arrival from 15.00, leave on the day of departure by 12.00 at the latest.

Bed linen and towels are not included, to be brought by the tenant.

Final cleaning is taken care of by the tenant.

Lugnt, fint och personligt boende med lugnt läge nära underbart bad med bryggor. Fina promenadstråk och mycket att upptäcka. Fritidshusområde med trevliga grannar där man hejar på varandra.

Vi var jättenöjda med läget och stugan hade allt vi behövde. Passar kanske bäst för en familj med mindre barn då två av sängarna var överslaf och rätt så smala. Mycket trevlig och serviceminded stugägare. Hunden älskade trädgården! Vi kommer gärna igen!
