We are letting out our small cottage in Roslagen, approx 1 h drive from Stockholm.
There is a main house (43 sqm) with one bedroom with 160 cm w bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed. There is fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove etc. there is also a living room with a diner for max 6 people and a sofa with tv. A newly refurbished small bathroom (shower, toilets, sink) is also in the house. In front of the house, there is a porch with a sofa and a dining table for 12.
There is also a guest house (27 sqm) just next to the main house where 4 people can sleep. There is also a newly refurbished bathroom (shower, toilet, and a combined washing mashine/tumbler).

The sorroundings are beautiful - you can walk 15 min to a lake where you can swim or fish. Or take a bike for 15 min to the sea where you also can swim, the water is a little colder though.

The Gräddö village is 20 min bike ride away (7 min by car) and there you can do the groceries or have a pizza, coffee or ice cream. There is also some small shops there open during the summer.
