Cottage for four persons offer lakeside residence in Värmland forest nature, Egenäs, 50 mts from the banks of Lake Östra Silen. Östra Silen is a fantastic fishing lake.
The cottage is adjacent to the host couple’s cottage.
Three rooms, kitchen and an all-tiled bathroom with floor heating.
Newly renovated kitchen with full equipment. The two bedrooms are also newly renovated. Sunny patio with lake view. Garden furniture and grill available.
Fireplace heating stove in kitchen and living room, with firewood to collect from the woodshed.
Bed linen and towels are not included.
Electricity and water is included in the price.
The cottage offers Wi-Fi.
Cleaning before departure must be done by the lodger before checking out. Cleaning gear available in the cottage.
Swap days Saturday. Arrival from 13:00 or after agreement. Checking out before 11:00.
5 mts HR Williams boat with a 50 hp motor, Aluminium boat Siljan 370 with a 6 hp motor and canoe available to rent.

Road description
E18 15km east of Årjäng. Turn towards Svensbyn, drive for about 4km, turn left towards Egenäs. Drive for about 9km, turn right down to Stranbacken. Drive for another 200 mts. First cottage is "Helges".
