A pleasant cottage with a simple standard. Own leafy plot with lawn and bushes.

Here time has stood still - almost! Renovation in the form of new windows, front doors, electric radiators and toilet as well as proper refreshment means that we now feel that we can start letting out to summer guests.

The house has a living area of 50 m2 and consists of a bedroom, living room, small dining area and kitchen and shower/toilet.
The cottage is equipped with a large double bed, a sofa bed and 2 fold-out extra beds.
Given the overall size of the house, it is best suited for a family with 2 adults and 2 children.
In the small garden there is outdoor furniture (4 people) and a barbecue.
TV is available for the free channels and wifi.
In the kitchen there is a fridge-freezer, stove, coffee maker and microwave.
The house is located where the plains transition to Hallandsåsen's more hilly terrain between Munka-Ljungby and Hjärnarp and just outside Ängelholm.
Bus stop is at 100m distance.
The view towards Söderåsen is fantastic.
As a swim alternative, you can choose between Skälderviken (sea ocean) or the lake Västersjön. Both about 7 km from the cottage.
Ängelholm Golf Club 10 min – Bjäre GK 20 min.
