The cottage is located in Växjö urban area about 5 km from the central station with proximity to local transport.
Helgevärma, where the cottage is located, is on the edge of the lake Helgasjön and the house is along the Räppe Kanal.
The plot also provides swimming via the jetty (20m from the cottage). Öjaby bathing area (municipal) is about 15 minutes away (3 minutes by car).
Close to external trade area with daily goods (food & beverage) and specialist trade (clothing etc.).
Växjö Allmänna cultural and sports park is just a stone's throw away with trails for running and cycling in the summer. In the winter there is the opportunity for cross-country skiing and biathlon. The downhill skiing facility in Hanaslöv can also be reached in less than 15 minutes.
