The cottage is located in Växjö urban area about 5 km from the central station with proximity to local transport.
Helgevärma, where the cottage is located, is on the edge of the lake Helgasjön and the house is along the Räppe Kanal.
The plot also provides swimming via the jetty (20m from the cottage). Öjaby bathing area (municipal) is about 15 minutes away (3 minutes by car).
Close to external trade area with daily goods (food & beverage) and specialist trade (clothing etc.).
Possibility of parking directly adjacent to the plot. In summer, there is also outdoor furniture and a barbecue available.
Open floor plan with modern kitchen with dining area and living room with sofa bed as well as television and WiFi.
Bedroom with 120 cm bed and an open loft with two 80 cm beds. A total of 5-6 beds.
Fully tiled toilet with sink, shower and washing machine.
