Practical and modern summer house in Skummeslöv with 3 bedrooms and 2 additional beds in the outbuilding. Large lovely terrace with barbecue and fine outdoor furnitures. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV with Cromecast and internet. Beach 500 m and very nice tennis facility 700 m. 2 bikes are available to borrow.
Shops and restaurants are about 1 km away. The nearest bus stop is only 300m away.
Ideal as a starting point for golf and tennis or a nice holiday week with sun and swimming. The house is located in a quiet residential area where the children can play freely.
The house has 8 beds divided into 1 double bed, 2 x 105 cm single beds, a pull-out sofa bed and a bunk bed in the outbuilding.

Seasons and price range

V 10 – 24: 8 000 kr /vecka (påskveckor 11 000 kr)
V 25- 31: 11 000 kr /vecka
V 31 – 35: 8 000 kr /vecka
Går även att hyra per dygn under vår och höst t.ex. för en långhelg med golf och kostar då 1500/natt min 2 nätter. Påskhelgen 2000 kr /natt
