The Villa
The large upstairs bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180 cm) as well as two single beds (90 cm). Downstairs, there is a spacious sofa bed for two people and an extra bed in the study, providing space for a total of seven guests. The period furnishings, with wallpapers from Josef Frank and Svenskt Tenn, evoke a turn-of-the-century style, enhanced by the beautifully painted ceilings and numerous fireplaces that provide warmth and coziness during the colder months.

Located on one of Österlen’s best plots, you have the beach just 100 meters away and close proximity to both restaurants and bus connections to Simrishamn, which is only 5 km away. All the amenities you might need are within reach.

The villa is fully equipped with modern technology, including Wi-Fi with a mesh network for a stable connection throughout the accommodation and a fast 500 Mbit/s fiber connection.
