House in south-eastern Öland with 3 bedrooms, 5-7

Welcome to Össby! The house is 90 square meters distributed over two floors with a view of the Baltic Sea to the east and the Alvaret to the west. Downstairs you will find a large and spacious hall, a bedroom, a combined living room and dining room as well as a newly renovated fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Here you will also find a small balcony in the east. Upstairs you have two bedrooms with two beds in each room and a small family room where you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. In the garden, which goes around the house, there is also a guest cottage with 2 beds.

Össby is a cozy little village located in the south-east of Öland - a mecca for birdwatchers and nature lovers, but also for those who want sun, swimming or hiking on Alvaret and cycling. In the village there is, among other things, a restaurant and a parking space for mobile homes and caravans. The nearest grocery store is in Grönhögen, 7 km from Össby. There is also a golf course, paddle course, swimming in a limestone quarry and some restaurants.

In the living room there is a 3-seater sofa, coffee table, armchairs, TV and a stove. The dining table accommodates many guests with a kitchen sofa and chairs all around. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and all possible kitchen equipment. In the bathroom there is a toilet, sink, shower cubicle and combined washing machine and dryer.
