Welcome to rent our newly built cottage in Fjätervålen. The cottage is 112 sqm with fantastic views of the mountains and slopes. The house is located in a lovely mountain environment with direct proximity to cross-country tracks and snowmobile tracks. The cottage was ready for occupancy in December 2023. 5 minutes away by car is Fjätervålen's family-friendly ski area with 18 nice and well-prepared slopes. Here you will find everything from gentle slopes with a slight slope for children and beginners, to advanced skiing on black slopes and off-piste. At the resort there is also ski rental and a cozy inn as well as a small unmanned shop all year round, where you shop with bankID and Swish.Directly outside the cottage there are well-prepared cross-country trails that take you around the holiday village, but also further out into the Städjan and Nipfjället nature reserves. 2 miles from the cottage is Idre Himmelfjäll's ski resort and Idre Fjäll with activity center, hiking, slalom, bike rental, horseback riding, outdoor pool, shop etc.

In the summer there are nice hiking trails, fishing, berry fields, swimming and nice cycling opportunities in Idre Fjäll 2 miles away. Why not climb Städjan or Nipfjället or visit Njupeskär, one of Sweden's highest waterfalls.

The cottage is spacious and well-planned with 11 beds divided into 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 a bunk bed with a double bed in the lower bed and bedroom 3 two bunk beds. The bedroom in the loft has 2 single beds that can be put together into a double bed and its own TV. In the loft there is also a small cozy living room.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, induction stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The floor plan is open between the kitchen and living room with a wood burning stove and TV (streaming via Chromecast/AppleTV). Wi-Fi via fiber is included. A spacious bathroom with toilet/shower and sauna and a bathroom with toilet/shower. Spacious hall and entrance hall with washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet.

Large parking area with space for 3-4 cars. Engine heater socket and the opportunity to charge an electric car at the cottage in a separate charging station, are included in the rent. Outdoors at the front there is a surveillance camera aimed at the entrance.

Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited.

The guest provides bed linen + towels and cleans according to the checklist before check-out.
