The house is in Jonskär, 9 km from Söderhamn and 400 meters from the sea and a nice beach.
The forest is close to the house.
There are 3 bedrooms with 5 beds as well as a guesthouse with one bed (15 square meters with summar water and toilet. ( No toilet during the winter but heating. There is also a small building (10 square meters) with a bed and heating.
The garden is 1400 square meters enclosed by a 110cm high fence which is good for dogs and kids.
The garden has fruit trees and berry bushes.There are two decks, a glasveranda and a balcony, a garage and a carport.
There is broardband and Wifi (1000/1000 mbs- at the moment)
