West coast villa with sauna and Jacuzzi

Stunning waterfront property on the swedish west coast archipelago. The property used to be a boatyard and that is why it is located on its very own small island. The main island Hälsö can be reach by car ferry that traffics the island 24 hours around the clock and is free of charge. The ferry only takes 15 minute from mainland to the bigger island Öckerö.



The terrace is furnished for dining, BBQ and areas for lounging in the day and sunset drinks in the evening. In the relax house you will find a sauna with sea view, shower and also a lounge room for contemplation. On the property you will also have a private boule court and a small lawn for playing.



The property has three bedrooms in total and two of them are located in the main house. The master bedroom has grand views of the water and a flatscreen tv. The guest house has a small kitchenette, bathroom and two beds.



In the living room on the entrance floor you will be enchanted by the impressive view of the sea and the archipelago. There is also a large fireplace to enjoy from both the living room as well as dining room. It is furnished with comfortable furniture for relaxing.
