Nice summer house close to the sea

Well-kept summer house with fantastic location just 350 meters from the sea (Tjusts Archipelago) in Kaggebo leisure area.

The house is located on a natural plot with trees and beautiful stone areas but also lawns. Gravel double parking is available on the plot.

In the cottage (47 sqm) there is a bedroom with a double bed and a combined office/guest room. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dining table for four, etc. The living room has a wood stove, comfortable furniture and TV for relaxation. WC with flush toilet.

In the guest cabin (12 sqm) there is a bedroom with a double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed (two beds) and a shower.

The cabin and the guest cabin have a common glazed outside room with sofa and dining table.
From the outside room you reach a large terrace with several outdoor groups / deckchairs where you can enjoy the sun during the day and evening. The morning coffee can be enjoyed on the kitchen terrace with the morning sun.

Within walking distance, about 350 meters, is one of the area's two sea baths with jetty/rocks and a smaller sandy beach. Further away is a larger sea bath with a jumping tower.

In the Kaggebos leisure area, there is a 25-meter pool, small children's pool, shower & sauna, tennis courts (for a fee) and a multi-purpose court for, for example, basketball, floorball and football. There are also a small summer shop with simple food service. There is a nice beach walk along the water and also other paths in the area and in the forest. There is also a simpler outdoor gym.

Nearby there are also a couple of nature reserves for hiking and recreation. In Loftahammar, a few miles away, there is a golf course.

Valdemarsvik is the nearest larger town about 20 km to the north.

Pleasant day trips can be made to Kolmården zoo, Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby, the summer town of Västervik and beautiful Söderköping with the Göta canal.

Guest WiFi and TV are included in the rent. Three simpler bikes are available to borrow.

Sheets and towels are not included in the rent.

Tenant cleans upon moving out - cleaning equipment is available.

The house is mainly rented weekly.
