Seaside house in Gryt archipelago

Seaside house of 120m², located in the middle of Gryt archipelago. The house is situated on the Lastarudden where goods were loaded with barges in the past. Here you will have access to a private rowing boat.

The house has two patios with morning and evening sunshine together with a lawn for games and socializing. Both patios have a dining table and chairs. Next to it is a shed with a barbeque and drying rack for laundry. A jetty is below with a rowing boat, bathing ladder, and a coffee table. Charging pole available to rent for electric cars. The house extends towards Gryts Varv Hotell and a conference which has music evenings with live music a couple of times a week.

The house consists of two levels. On the ground level there is a kitchen with a large dining table and eight chairs together with a bench corner with cushions and pillows. In the kitchen there is also a wood burner Contura with a woodpile. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a toilet with shower and washing machine. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with single beds. Outside the bedrooms is a smaller toilet with a shower. Here is also a spacious all-purpose room with a corner sofa, armchairs, TV and boardgames.

Gryt archipelago is known for its beautiful nature and fantastic archipelago. This dwelling is suitable for you who want to enjoy the sea, hiking, bicycling, and just enjoy nature and the archipelago. As an addition, there is Gryts Varv next door, a modern marina with restaurant, ice cream kiosk, and dance and music evenings. There are possibilities to rent kayaks, go by boat with Båtslingan and go to Harstena and Häradsskärs light house. As your neighbour on the other side of the meadow is Kärlekens trädgård (the garden of love) with a large display garden with flowers, trees and art. At Fyrudden is a grocery shop and a restaurant. Gryts Handelsträdgård has home-grown vegetables, strawberries and flowers. At Eköns campsite, you can swim, sunbathe on the rocks or play miniature golf. At Sandgärdet is a swimming spot with a sandy beach, jetty and long shallows so even the little ones can swim.

From the house you can also take a day trip of about 1,5 hours to Kolmården Zoo, Astrid Lindgren's World, Västervik adventure pool etc.

Road description:
Drive to Valdemarsvik. Continue out towards Gryt. In Gryt there is a signpost Gryts Varv, Breviksnäs – turn right. Continue to drive for about 6km. Turn left at signpost Gryts Varv. At the entrance to Gryts Varv there are two lighthouses and signpost Lastarudden. Turn left onto a gravel road. Drive on and Skepparstugan is located at the end of the road.
