Located in Salthamn, just 12 km north of Visby and a mere 10-minute drive along road 149, this home offers a perfect blend of peaceful nature, proximity to the sea, and easy access to all of Gotland's attractions.

With a ceiling height of 5 meters, the house is designed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It features two spacious bedrooms with double beds and an additional bed for guests or family members. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cozy meals, while the modern bathroom provides a high standard of convenience.

Outside, you'll find a lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner while watching the sunset over the treetops and the sea. The terrace quickly becomes a favorite spot for relaxation and socializing.

The location is fantastic – just 400 meters from the house is the popular restaurant Fabriken, offering local delicacies in an inspiring setting. You'll also find the store Rolf and Friends here, with unique items and clothing. For those preferring public transport, there is a bus stop nearby with quick and easy access to Visby. Taxi and Uber are also available, and Visby Airport is conveniently close by car.

The proximity to the sea (500 meters) makes it easy to enjoy refreshing swims and scenic beach walks. The beautiful hiking trails in the area invite you to explore nature.

The house is rented on a weekly basis, but other arrangements can be discussed.

Check-in: Sundays from 3:00 PM
Check-out: Sundays by 11:00 AM
Parking is available outside the house and included in the rent.

Cleaning services can be added for 2,000 SEK.
Bed linen and towels can be rented for 1,000 SEK.
