Practical cabin with two bedrooms and sofa bed in the living room. Drying room, shower and toilet. Small veranda with outdoor furniture and barbecue. 400 meters to the lakes. Rowing boat, bicycles and canoes are available for rent. Fantastic nature near the Skäckerfjällen nature reserve with opportunities for hiking, fishing, forest bathing, paddling and skiing. The surroundings are characterized by peace and quiet and 600 meters from the cabin is Kolåsens Fjällhotell, which has a restaurant with outdoor seating, bar, hot tub, sauna, barbecue hut, ski tracks and transport options. The restaurant, "Ren Mat" serves food prepared on site from its own and local ingredients. The hotel has a small kiosk with maps, sweets and souvenirs. The nearest shop is in Kallset, 10 km before Kolåsen, where you can buy the essentials and coffee. The nearest larger store is Ica in Kall, 55 km before Kolåsen. Järpen 80 km before Kolåsen has both Ica, Coop, system companies and pharmacies.
