Stugan har ett ogenerat läge i idylliska Västanvik (Gräddö) med sin vackra naturtomt på 4300 km2. Från stugan tar det ca 3min med cykel till havet. I Stugan ingår två st El cyklar och en 7 växlad cykel.
Liten motorbåt finns att tillgå mot en mindre avgift för att ta sig till Roslagens skärgård bland kobbar och skär.
I huvudbyggnaden finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och en 60 tums bio tv. I vardagsrummet finns täljstenskamin, liten tv, en extra sängplats i soffan och litet matbord. Lillstugan har en dubbelsäng samt en bäddsoffa med plats för ytterligare två personer.
