Cozy apartment on the upper floor in Gullbrändan, Kläppen, with ski-in/ski-out access, close to Tranantorget, and featuring a large balcony with a stunning west-facing view. You’ll stay right on the ski slope, and from the living room, you can see the line for the Järpen ski lift, allowing you to time your skiing based on the queue. Walking distance to different activities, a bakery, a grocery store, and restaurants.

This highly appreciated and well-equipped apartment features an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, with a ceiling height of approximately 5 meters, creating a spacious and bright atmosphere. The 68 square meters are distributed across 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with family bunk beds (120 cm wide on the lower bunk and 90 cm wide on the upper bunk), a living room + kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sauna, and a separate toilet.

The apartment is equipped with a drying cabinet, washing machine, tumble dryer, and ski boot dryer. On the ground floor, there is a ski storage room with direct access to the 4-seater chairlift.

The living room features a fireplace, a large and comfortable sofa, a spacious dining table, a 65-inch TV with Google Chrome for casting content from your devices, and plenty of books on the shelves. We also have a cabinet full of board games for your entertainment.

High-speed broadband via fiber, Wi-Fi, 1000/1000 Mbps from Bahnhof. One parking spot with an EV charger that can be easily activated through the EasyPark app.

Please note that we do not provide high chairs or cribs for children. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free. Groups of friends under 30 years old are not allowed.

Changeover day: Saturday – avoiding the worst traffic, which occurs on Sundays.
