Welcome to our amazing place with patios facing all directions, a private beach, and a dock by the beautiful Norra Dragsviken in Kalmarsund!
A perfect accommodation for a group of friends, a romantic couple, or a large multi-generational family wanting to vacation together.

From May to autumn, we rent out to groups of up to 12 people, with a minimum stay of 6 nights.
During the rest of the year, we offer rentals for weekends, long weekends, and selected holidays, accommodating up to 6 people.

Sjöstugan
An architect-designed cabin with an open-plan kitchen, dining area, fireplace, and living room with high ceilings. It sleeps six people, with two in a double bed on the sleeping loft and four in two bunk beds in a separate bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Gammelstugan
A cottage built in the early 1800s, carefully renovated to modern standards. A tranquil, picturesque, and cozy accommodation with plenty of history in its walls. It sleeps six people, divided between two small bedrooms with built-in bunk beds and a sofa bed for two in a sleeping alcove. The cottage also features a kitchen with a small dining area, two living rooms—one with a larger dining area and the other offering a magical view of the bay. There is a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with a washing machine. A crib and high chair are also available in this house.

Before your stay, there are several add-ons you can choose from to make your days here as wonderful as you could wish.

As a guest here, you will always have the entire place to yourself, and there is space for a total of 12 people. The accommodation can be booked on a weekly basis.
Please note that the price per night/week is calculated for up to 6 guests.
After that, there is an additional charge of 200 SEK per person per night, and the higher price is based on 12 people.
