Entrance level with welcoming hall with ski storage outside the door, bright and open straight into large fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 8-10 people and exit to corner balcony. Fantastic view towards Renfjället, Åresjön, and Åreskutan.
At the entrance there is also a bathroom with shower and sauna as well as a separate wc, sink with space for a washing machine, on the entrance floor there are two bedrooms, one room with a double bed and one with a bunk bed.
Via the stairs from the dining area you reach the living room on the upper floor, furnished with a sofa group and TV.
There are two more bedrooms with double beds in each room and a bathroom with wc, sink and shower.
The apartment is in very good condition as it has been newly renovated.
There is room for 2 cars next to the house and the ski storage in a separate door next to the entrance.
