A warm welcome to a cozy 50s house in a large, blossoming garden.

THE HOUSE
The lower floor consists of social spaces:
• Fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated in functionalist style.
• Living room with a spacious sofa, armchair, play shelf, and games. Patio door leading to the conservatory.
• Hallways x2: one entrance with space for shoes and jackets, and a back entrance that leads directly to the lush garden.
• Bathroom with a toilet and shower. A bath tub and potty are available if needed.
The upper floor houses the three bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom in a calming blue color. Double bed 180 cm. A small crib is available upon request. Balcony with morning sun.
• Bedroom 2: The dormer window makes this cozy room bright and lovely. Double bed 160 cm.
• Bedroom 3: A cozy corner room painted in a light terracotta shade. 2 single beds.
All bedrooms have blackout curtains.
The Basement:
• TV room / Playroom. Sofa, armchair, speakers, disco light, toys. (The TV can be moved upstairs to the living room if preferred.)
• Laundry room and drying room.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
・Check-in/check-out is on Saturdays. Alternative days by agreement.
・Check-in between 16:00-18:00. Other times available by arrangement.
Check-out by 11:00.
CLEANING
・The tenant is expected to clean before check-out.
・Cleaning can be purchased for 2000 SEK.
・It is always the guest's responsibility to dispose of trash and recycling before check-out. No dirty dishes should be left behind.
