House near the sea and Varberg

A warm welcome to a cozy 50s house in a large, blossoming garden.

Expansive grass areas, swings, and a trampoline invite fun and play. Several outdoor seating areas and a barbecue for summer dinners. A conservatory next to the house, bathed in the evening sun, with a roof adorned with grapevines.

Only 300 meters to the sea and many family-friendly swimming spots and sandy beaches. There are also great opportunities for all types of surfing!

Bicycles are available to borrow, including an electric cargo bike.

THE HOUSE
The lower floor consists of social spaces:
• Fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated in functionalist style.
• Living room with a spacious sofa, armchair, play shelf, and games. Patio door leading to the conservatory.
• Hallways x2: one entrance with space for shoes and jackets, and a back entrance that leads directly to the lush garden.
• Bathroom with a toilet and shower. A bath tub and potty are available if needed.

The upper floor houses the three bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom in a calming blue color. Double bed 180 cm. A small crib is available upon request. Balcony with morning sun.
• Bedroom 2: The dormer window makes this cozy room bright and lovely. Double bed 160 cm.
• Bedroom 3: A cozy corner room painted in a light terracotta shade. 2 single beds.
All bedrooms have blackout curtains.

The Basement:
• TV room / Playroom. Sofa, armchair, speakers, disco light, toys. (The TV can be moved upstairs to the living room if preferred.)
• Laundry room and drying room.

• 300 meters to the sea
• 400 meters to restaurant Joels Brygga
• 400 meters to Ice Cream Café Tre Toppar
• 500 meters to Food Truck Zup Burger
• 2.5 km to Johnssons farm, with a bakery, ceramics, restaurant, etc.
• 5 km to Varberg, full of summer activities. E.g. Market on Wednesdays & Saturdays, Varberg Fortress, Fästningsbadet with diving tower, Swimming Stadium with salty outdoor pools, beautiful Kallbadhuset, several spa hotels, large mini-golf courses, Socitetsparken, etc.
• 20 km to Falkenberg where Lilla Napoli and Vallarna are definitely worth a visit!
• 35 km to Gekås Ullared
• 80 km to Gothenburg, where, for example, Liseberg is popular during the summer.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
・Check-in/check-out is on Saturdays. Alternative days by agreement.
・Check-in between 16:00-18:00. Other times available by arrangement.
Check-out by 11:00.

CLEANING
・The tenant is expected to clean before check-out.
・Cleaning can be purchased for 2000 SEK.
・It is always the guest's responsibility to dispose of trash and recycling before check-out. No dirty dishes should be left behind.
