The ultimate place for an unforgettable stay

Welcome to the summer house with the fantastic summer feeling. In this tastefully renovated house there are nice and cozy social areas both inside and outside (outdoor room), while you have a bathrobe distance to the beach or walking distance to the golf course (both less than 200 m away). The house is 160 m2, the annex is 15 m2 incl a bathroom and the outdoor room is 30 m2.

On the ground floor about 100 m2, there is an open kitchen with a stove where there is seating for 12 people, a large TV room and reading chairs, a smaller bedroom and a bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine/dryer.

On the upper floor about 60 m2 (due to the slope, so the same size as the lower floor), there is a large TV room, three bedrooms and a toilet.

Beds
• Upstairs: bedroom 1 double bed 180 cm, bedrooms 2 and 3, bed with pull-out bed underneath. A total of 6 beds.
• Downstairs: bedroom with 1 bed with pull-out bed underneath. Total 2 beds.
• Annex: bunk bed, and sofa bed with space for 1 adult and 1 child. Total 3+1 beds.

This is a house that you can live in all year round, so it is fully equipped with everything you could need and want for both sunny days and other activities. (wifi, games, books, badminton, bicycles)

The garden is large with wooden decks in both the south (best breakfast spot) and on the north side there is a 4x8 m pool, as well as several seating areas with the possibility of grilling and enjoying the evening sun.
Parking space on the plot for four cars.

Good bus connections to Trelleborg and Ystad. 1 km to the supermarket and Tennis courts, 400 m to the restaurant and miniature golf, 200 m to the 18 hole golf course. Nice cycle path along the entire south coast.

Bring sheets and towels.
The house shall be left well cleaned in the same condition as on arrival (final cleaning by a cleaning company can be purchased by the landlord) and may not be used for parties. A deposit of 2,500 SEK is taken, which is returned after the rental period if no damage has occurred, the furnishings are intact and if the final cleaning has been completed.

Minimum rental period one week and changeover day always Saturday.
