Spacious house at idyllic location close to beautiful swimming spots and vineyards. The Kulla Peninsula is a paradise that must be experienced.

200 square meters, 4 bedrooms, quietly located on a gravel path with apple orchards all around. Trampoline, gym, sauna etc.

Outside the house, a path runs down to the Skåneleden trail. From here you can hike out to the tip of Kullahalvön and swim in magical bathing spots.

THE HOUSE
Large house at idyllic location perfect for one or several families, or up to four couples.

At the front there is a patio where morning coffee can be enjoyed in the morning sun. At the back is the second patio with a large table, 8 chairs and parasol where the afternoon sun shines and the sunset is enjoyed. The wood-burning stove in the large greenhouse creates another place for relaxation and drinks in the evenings.

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with shower), sauna, wood-burning stove both inside and in greenhouse, large trampoline in the garden, hammock, football goals, workplace with screen and height-adjustable desk, 75 inch TV with sound system and Xbox.

For those who want to keep active during their holiday, free access to our gym is also provided. Here you will find, among other things, dumbbells 5-25 kg, weight bar with weight plates up to 170 kg, pullup bar, dip bar, slam balls, wall ball, abs trainer bench, cable system, z-bar, spinning bike, and other things.

SURROUNDINGS
Within just 5-10 minutes with bike or car you can reach magical bathing spots such as Skäret, Svanshall, Stenedal and Arild, or how about Arild's golf course just 6 minutes away. Only 12 minutes from the house is Farhult Havsbad, a beautiful sandy beach that is very popular with families with children.

Directly outside the house you can hike a beautiful path along alpaca and sheep pastures (a sure hit with the kids!) down to Skåneleden. Along Skåneleden there are countless bathing spots, and from here you can hike all the way out to the tip of Kullahalvön.

On Kullaberg there are also a number of hidden bathing gems, where you can swim from stone beaches bringing to mind the Mediterranean and places like Corsica. The hosts are happy to give local tips and how to find these places.

Near the house there are several farm shops. The peninsula has a wide range of restaurants, and it is only 5 minutes to the nearest well-stocked grocery store.

For an additional fee, guests can rent Solhagen's electric flatbed moped, which can accommodate about 4 adults (or 3 adults + 3-4 children depending on size). An amazing holiday feeling to whizz down to the beach or go wine tasting among the various vineyards with the wind in your hair! NOTE: Must be booked and paid for in advance.

Other popular activities on the peninsula include, among others: golf, mountain biking, scuba diving, snorkeling, spring surfing, kite surfing, windsurfing, Icelandic horses, hiking, trail running, running.
