Step inside through the bright punch room and experience the combination of old charm and modern elegance. Lovely kitchen with a working wood stove and punch bar with seating for 8 people. Living room with fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for cozy evenings with loved ones. Smart TV and WI-Fi via fiber are available for lazy evenings in front of a movie. Two bedrooms with double beds and a large sleeping loft with 4 beds (160cm ceiling height on the sleeping loft). Bathroom with waterfall shower and washing machine. Step out into the garden and discover an oasis of peace and quiet. The large corner plot offers plenty of space for play, games and relaxation. The south-facing stone-paved terrace is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing in the sun.
