Welcome to a fresh and well-equipped cottage located in Klitterbyn at Havsbaden in Ängelholm, next to Råbocka Camping. This charming 48 sqm cottage offers a comfortable stay with a total of four beds, including a double bed on the upper floor and a sofa bed plus an extra bed on the ground floor.

The cottage is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes a fridge and freezer, a microwave, and a coffee machine. Outside, the cottage features a patio with garden furniture, barbecue facilities, and both morning and evening sun. Free parking is included.
Location and Surroundings

The cottage is situated in a child-friendly area just 500 meters from a beautiful sandy beach. Within walking distance, you will find a wide range of restaurants, pizzerias, an ice cream bar, a kiosk, bike rental, canoe rental, mini golf, tennis, padel, exercise trails, and cycling paths. The distance to Ängelholm city center is approximately 1 km, and a city bus is available.
Rental Terms

The cottage is rented as self-catering, meaning that guests are responsible for bringing their own bed linen and consumables, as well as cleaning the cottage before departure. For the double bed, a double sheet is recommended. Please note that smoking is not allowed, and guests do not have access to the wardrobe on the upper floor.

A cat normally lives in the house, but it will not be present during your stay. This means that pets are allowed.
A canoe is included in the rental price, provided that the cottage owner is not using it for a personal trip.
