The house was built in 2022 with a wonderful seafront location on the cozy archipelago Styrsö. The house is distributed over 2 floors, entrance floor that opens into a large living room with many windows and with open space with the kitchen. A separate TV room with access to a nice little patio with the morning sun. There is a large bathroom on the ground floor and outside the living room is a large terrace. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with double beds in all rooms and 1 bathroom on the same floor.
The location is close to lovely places to swim and tracking around the island. There are two grocery stores on the island and one of them are close location to the house. There are several restaurants on both Styrsö & Donsö (with bridge connection). No regular traffic are allowed but there are elctronic "golf cars" and some mopeds. Passanger ferry goes regular from Salholmen to Styrsö.
