House incl apartment, centrally in Grebbestad

We are renting out our entire house of 100 square meters, plus a separate basement apartment of about 25 square meters. There is also a simple guest cabin on the property with a bunk bed. The accommodation is centrally located near the church, with Coop and Systembolaget just a 5-minute walk away.

The House:
On the ground floor, there is a high-standard kitchen with a dining area and a living room. You’ll also find a bathroom with a shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, there is another toilet and three bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: Double bed (180 cm)
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90 cm each)
• Bedroom 3: Daybed that easily converts into a double bed

The Basement Apartment:
With its own separate entrance from the kitchen, the basement includes a kitchen, fully tiled bathroom with shower, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and a small living room with a TV and a sofa bed.

The garden is fully fenced and gets plenty of sun. There’s an outdoor seating area with a grill, as well as the guest cabin with a bunk bed. A total of 3 parking spaces are available.

This accommodation is perfect for those who want to be close to the restaurants and vibrant life of Grebbestad. Everything, including swimming spots, is within walking distance.

No parties allowed in the house. Smoking is not permitted.
The guest is responsible for cleaning before check-out according to a cleaning checklist. Cleaning supplies are available. Cleaning can be booked for certain dates at a cost of 1000 SEK — this must be agreed upon with the host.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Maximum occupancy: 10 people.

Check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed.
