The Accommodation
Layout:

Exclusive design: High-quality materials throughout, with large panoramic windows and a sleek Poggenpohl kitchen. The house has three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen that seamlessly connects with the wraparound veranda. All rooms and the bathroom have doors with direct access to the veranda.

Backyard: Large private veranda with a lounge area and dining setup. The lawn blends naturally with the veranda and the rocky terrain behind the house.

Front yard: A large lawn perfect for relaxing or socializing.

Social spaces:
Open-plan living room and kitchen with seating for up to 8 people. Cozy fireplace and large sliding doors bring in plenty of light and offer stunning views of the surrounding nature. Generous terrace with barbecue, dining area, and lounge for lovely summer evenings.

Bedrooms:
Three bedrooms – the master bedroom has a 180 cm double bed. The two smaller rooms have 80 cm single beds. All bedrooms have blackout pleated blinds.

Bathroom:
Fully equipped bathroom with shower and direct access to the veranda – ideal for guests staying in the guest house.

Modern amenities: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, and Wi-Fi.

Guest House:
Separate guest cottage with a bunk bed (120+80 cm).

Electric car charging is available at cost price. Bed linen and towels are included.
