Sunnanöstugan 40 m from Sunnanöbadet

New at Stugknuten. A cozy cottage, red with white knots, on popular Sunnanö 2.3 km outside Öregrund and a stone's throw from Sunnanöbadet with jetties and diving towers. Next to Sunnanö camping with convenience store, restaurant, boat rental, kayaks and pedal bikes etc. Note, private property.

Next to the plot there are exercise tracks (5 and 7.5 km) and many paths in the forest and along the beach.

Sunnanöfjärden is a bay into the Baltic Sea with brackish water that is located next to the house. Rent a boat, kayak or pedalos for a trip on the lake.

Close to Öregrund with a full range of restaurants, shops, tennis courts and activities such as Tennis Week, Boat Week, Öregrundsmåndag and Badortsdagarna.

Take the ferry to Gräsö for an excursion.

Öregrund's golf course is nearby.

The house has three bedrooms (one of which is walk-through, see pictures). One has a double bed and a single bed, wardrobe for storage and two comfortable armchairs. A smaller bedroom with two single beds (can be put together as a double bed), wardrobe and a chair. A larger bedroom that is a walk-through to the smaller bedroom, with a double bed and sofa bed that easily makes out to a 130 cm single bed.

All bedrooms have blackout blinds.

A living room with two spacious sofas, armchair and a seat/footstool and smart TV.

Small kitchen with full-size stove with oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and plenty of storage and fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, crockery, cutlery and glasses etc. Toaster and kettle. Otherwise there is an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and washing machine.

Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Underfloor heating in the hall and bathroom. Electric heating in the rest of the house.

Large covered terrace with large outdoor furniture group in teak with cushions for the big party or just a cozy dinner.

Garden for children to play or relax.

Access to kubb and badminton rackets.

Rental of sheets and towels and cleaning are included in the rent. You make/unmake the beds yourself, wash the dishes and empty the garbage. The cleaning staff will take care of the rest for an easy check-out.
