900 meters to the sea -10 minutes walk. More than 2 km (~1.2 miles) of sand
beach (Ringsegård beach) where you can drive down to the beach with car. Very
popular beach for families and for activities such as kite surfing and
canoing/kayaking. The well known Skrea beach, voted as Sweden’s fourth most
popular beach, is situated ca 3,5 km (~2.2 miles) north from the house. The house
is also very close to the Stensjö nature reserve.

The house is located around 5 km south from Falkenberg city on a road with just a
couple of neighbors which together with the spacious house lot, ca 3000 m², gives
the house a lot of integrity. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet with walking
distance to the sea and the beach. Within an area of 3.5 km (~2.2 miles) you have
several big food stores, pizzeria, cash machine, bakery, mini golf, swimming hall,
restaurants etc.

them Discovery, Animal Planet, BBC World, CNN, MTV, National Geographic
Channel, Eurosport etc.
Garden furniture in front of the house with sea view.
Bicycle available to use
Sea kayak for rent with paddle, life jacket and car rails for transport.
