Summer house 7m to the sea in Stockholm Archipelgo

60 sq meter with one kings size bed and two single beds on loft, kitchen with fridge
and freeze. A new house with a fireplace and 6m height to ceiling.
The houses are aesthetically designed in New Nordic Style. You can not come closer
to the sea and the nature.
Bathroom and toilet, both in the sauna and main building
New sauna with fantastic fireplace and Sea view, and extra
bed.
Ten minutes walk from public bus, 15 minutes to store and village.
7 meters to the sea, with small beach and a jetty.
A rowing boat, electric powered, can be rented by; graddosjoliv.se.
WC and washing machine situated in the separate sauna building.
With car it is approx. one hour from Stockholm, and 1,5 h:s with bus.
Dogs and cats are not welcome due to avoid allergi.

Please let me know if you are interested for a stay in the summer 2023, latest the 31st of January. Then I can make up a plan and come back in February with an answer. Week 30+31 is for own use, at least. Pease inform me how many you are + age. The best if you stay more than one week. . If you travel with small foot-prints due to the climate it is an advantage!
