Fully modern with 10 beds. Upper level (2 bedrooms with double bed and bunk beds) + 1 extra bed (wider bed in the hall). Bathroom (toilett and shower).
Ground level, one room with double bed, with wc and shower. Fully equipped kitchen with dining table.
Babycot and highchair (baby) avaible.
Lounge with TV and dining area.There is big garden. Balcony and furnitures. Barbecue is available.
Fiber and Wifi (since dec. 2014).

The house is ideal for those who want to live in silence and find rest near the Swedish countryside, 150 from a beautiful lake

GEKÅS in ULLARED, a famous low cost Swedish shopping centre, 20 km.
Gunnagård in Svartrå, 25 km; The childrens zoo, playgrounds, the adventure forest with fun stations. Food and coffee and farm shop.

Bathing with bridge, 200 m from the garden.
Fishing and bout inclueded in the price. Also a canoe is available.
Life jackets in different sizes are available.

Nice forest walks in Krogsered. Well marked and easy walk (2,4/7,9/13,3 km).
Water tempered bath outside at Ätran, 8 km.
Golf courses, several in the region.
The sea coast with sand shores, 40km.
Grocery, Bank and Petrol station etc, 8km.
To Gothenburg (Liseberg), 120km.
