Welcome to “Signes”, an old 19 century cottage embedded in nature and very
calmly situated but still close to sea and city.
The cottage has six new comfortable beds, one extra bed and a baby bed.

The kitchen has owen, micro, freezer/refrigerator. Hot and municipal water. The
bath room with tub and shower was completely refurbished 2012. Dish washer and
washing machine.

Ground floor has kitchen, bath room/WC, Living room and dining room in one, TV,
and a master bed room with a double bed. N.b it´s an old house with low celing.

Second floor has four comfortable 200*90 beds (rather steep stairs)

On the backside 1000 sq m garden with outdoor furniture and grill.

The sea is 1000 m away, S:t Arilds Golf Club only 200 m. Both sandy beaches and
rocky ones can be easily reached by car only a few minutes away.
