Coastal holiday home 100km north of Stockholm

Lovely old house with nice garden surrounded by forests and fields. The house has
three bedrooms of which one has a double bed, a living room with fireplace, modern kitchen and bathroom with
shower and WC as well as an extra WC. It is 1,5 km walk to the nearest swimming place. The garden also has a lawn with room to play, a small swing in the apple tree and a sandpit.
The sheep graze in the fields. Great forest tracks ideal for cycling or walking. The Roslagsleden hiking trail passes through the village. The surrounding forests are are abundant with wildlife, berries and mushrooms. We have great golf courses nearby, Väddö and Roslagen golf clubs.
A 40 min drive will take you to the lovely fishing village of Grisslehamn where you can get fresh fish, visit a café or take the ferry to Åland (Finland).
Or take a 30 min drive to the lovely town of Norrtälje. Perfect for a days
wandering into small shops and cafés. The Norrtälje-bus stops just 150 m from the house. It is a 15 min drive to Älmsta where you find our local supermarket/postoffice, bank and pharmacy.
Or try our local place Edblad in Gåsvik, restaurant, café and gift shop.

Directions:
From Stockholm, follow E18 to Norrtälje and then signs for Grisslehamn. After
village of Söderbykarl on the main Grisslehamn road take a right at sign for Norra
Råda and then left in Norra Råda. Drive 50 meters and then take right and follow
signs for Nyby. At Nyby sign you see 20km signs. This is our road. Follow the road
150m and you have the house just by the road on your left. Plenty of parking on
your right behind the little earthcellar.

From Arlanda Airport
Follow signs for Norrtälje and in Norrtälje follow signs for Grisslehamn.
After village of Söderbykarl on the main Grisslehamn road take a right at sign for
Norra Råda and then left in Norra Råda. Drive 50 meters and then take right and
follow signs for Nyby. At Nyby sign you see 20 km signs. This is our road. Follow the
road 150m and you have the house just by the road on your left. Plenty of parking
on your right behind the little store house.

By bus - take no 645 from Norrtälje and ask to be let off at the blue-white sign post with "Nyby". You are then right at our lane which is marked by 20 km-signs.
