Large kitchen, living room with sofa bed and fireplace, separate TV room with sofa, bathroom with washing machine and shower and a loft with double bed. The cottage has all the amenities needed. There are also a newly renovated guest cottage on the property with two beds. WiFi is available free of charge. Large plot bordering the forest. BBQ and outdoor furniture. Proximity to several golf courses. To the nearest shop, kiosk and pizzeria is about 2 km and Karlskrona City center 1,5 mil. Best possible fishing right off the dock and it requires no license. In summer, you can go to Karlskrona archipelago boat. Bed linen and towels by the tenant. Final cleaning is done by the tenant. Replacing Sunday-Sunday.
