Large summerhouse by the beach on northern Öland

If you are looking for a larger house, for a vacation with your friends or relatives, then this house (Tallvillan) is the right place for you! We offer a unique accommodation just 150 meters from the seashore at the best location in Byrum Sandvik, just where the vast, child-friendly, sandy beach and the famous rocks (raukarna) meet. The coast is facing west and the sunsets over the ocean in the evenings. The close proximity to the water means that you can leave the car by the house and never have to worry about finding a parking lot when going to the beach. In the vicinity there is opportunities to play golf and tennis, riding, and excellent conditions for strolls or jogging tours in the beautiful pine forests by the coast.

Tallvillan is situated on a large, child-friendly, natural garden together with three smaller cottages. There is a large, sheltered outdoor space around the house with outdoor furniture and barbeques.
Pets are not allowed in Tallvillan.

Number of beds: 12. Living area 160 m2 (two floors). The house is rented weekly from saturday to saturday. Exceptions are weeks 25 (from saturday to sunday, 8 Days) and week 26 (from sunday to saturday, 6 Days) due to the midsummer holiday.
