In the need for a wonderfull and peacefull nature-adventure?
We let a house (62 m2) “Solbacka” with a very good all year standard directly by the large lake Yngen in Värmland. The house is overlooking the lake with a wonderful sunset. The house has a large kitchen, living room with TV and a large tile stove, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom med bath and shower.

SUMMER: The plot has its own beach, jetty and barbecueplace, only 15 m from the house!!!!!! A rowing boat and 2 bicycles are included in the price, Engine for the boat and canoe to rent. Good fishing possibilities in lake Yngen.

WINTER: Around Christmas, January, February and March it can be a lot of snow! The house has a good standard throughout the year. Cross-country skiing or ice-skating on the lake, then relax by the big tile stove!
In Filipstad you find many kilometers cross country tracks and a ski slope for
downhill skiing.

The house is situated in the woods by the lake, 8 km from the village Filipstad with shops. A naturereservate, walkingpads and a museum nearby. Filipstad is located in southern Sweden between Stockholm (300 km)and Oslo (300 km). From Gothenburg, it is also 300 km.

The owner lives on the same plot!
