Djupvik – Öland´s sunshine coast

Well managed summer house along the sea towards Kalmarsund in popular Djupvik. A nice holiday home of 85m² with five rooms and a kitchen on a private ground plot. The cottage is fully modern with a large all-purpose room on two levels with WiFi, TV and CromeCast.
Two bedrooms with two beds in each together with one bedroom with one bed and one spare bed. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine. Outside there is an extra tall kitchen sink together with an outside shower for hot and lazy days. Spacious ground plot with a furnished patio and veranda together with a flat lawn for badminton etc. Between the plot and the sea to the west is just a small more with low vegetation. Private vegetation on the other sides of the plot. Just 1,5km south to Djupvik with bathing jetty, sandy bottom, swimming school and a very nice restaurant. Just below the plot there is a green piece of land by the beach with fishing huts, shingle beach and a free view over Blå Jungfrun as well as the Borgholm Castle. North along the coast the popular Sandvik with an ICA supermarket, swimming spot, marina, open-air café and selling of fish.
