Tasteful living in beautiful Skåne
This tastefully renovated (2008) and furnished holiday home dates from the 19th
century and had never been rented out to holiday guests. But now.
The house is a half-timbered building and has - because of a very cautious
renovation - preserved many old details from the past, where it was just a building
at the road in the village community of Grönhult.
The holiday home has a modern kitchen, beautiful wooden floor, a nice gable and
massive beams. In addition there are two outside seating corners, one of them can
be reached from the kitchen. The bathroom is simple and with shower and WC. The
living room is spacious and bright with white wooden floor. Next to the living room
you will find a smaller bedroom. Upstairs (a bit steep stairs) there is a large and
open room with a lot of space as well as a bedroom with double bed.
The surrounding offers a fantastic nature with, for example, the best-known hiking
trail of Skåne only a stone´s throw away from here. Otherwise there is a
permanent change of open scenery and beech woods.
After 8 kilometers you will reach the nature reserve of "Forsakarn" with the largest
waterfall of Skåne and an open-air pool of 50 meters right in the middle of the
forest. Kivik, Brösarp and the whole of Österlen will also be found within a radius of
only a few kilometers. And the beautiful sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea coast
should not be forgotten when listing all this.
