CHARMING WATERFRONT HOUSE , PRIVATE BEACH & BRIDGE

Charming and fresh, older archipelago house / cottage in secluded location in BOHUSLÄN on Nösund.
The house has a lovely inviting glass porch, where there is space as a family room / dining room. Outside is the terrace and garden and further down the plot there are beaches, cliffs, and own jetty with swimming ladder.
Down at the beach you have access to the beach terrace with outdoor kitchen.
We gladly lend our little rowing boat.

The house consists of kitchen with dining area, glass porch with sitting / dining area, living room with tiled stove, three bedrooms with washbasin in each room, shower and toilet.
The house is on a slope down to the water. The road crosses the site, but you reach the beach through a tunnel that goes under the road.

In Nösund there are two nice bathing places with cliffs, trampolines, cabins and jetty.
There is also a tennis court and inn with spa and many fine music events throughout the summer.
Here are wonderful idyllic, green surroundings with small roads, which are ideal for walking and cycling excursions.

Nösund is located on southwest Orust near Hällevikstrand and Mollösund. The resort is located on the water out to the west in the shelter of Tången, so the situation is sunny, but not so often windy.

The village Nösund is situated 80 km north of Gothenburg on the beautiful island
Orust
In the village you find two bathing places, with cliffs, diving-boards, cabins and
bridge.
In Nösund you also have resaurant with spa and live music all summer. There is
also a tennis-lawn in the village.
Nösund has wonderful green surroundings, nice for promenades and bicycle tours.
With bicycle or car it´s fairly close to several nice old fisherman´s villages on the
island Orust, such as Hälleviksrand, Mollösund and Gullholmen for instance. Orust
also has plenty of relics of the past.
10 km from Nösund there is a very beautiful golf course.

80 km north of Gothenburg.
E6 towards Stenungsund. Head Orust, cross Tjörn bridges road 160. At Varekil turn
left, road 178 towards Ellös. At Tegneby turn left towards Nösund.
