Red cottage in Lysekil

A red and nice cottage about 3km from Lysekil centre, rented by the week. It is located near Siviks Camping with a sandy beach and salty baths. A short walk to expansive views of cliffs and ocean. Peaceful location and near nature and forest land. Lovely walking paths/roads in the surroundings and with the hiking trail Kuststigen adjacent. Newly built paddle facility and a tennis hall together with a mountain bike course in the area. In the cottage there are bedrooms with a double bed, and bedrooms with a bunk bed and a junior bed. All-purpose room with a seating group and a TV. Pantry with 2 hobs, fridge/freezer combined, micro, electric kettle and a coffee percolator. Toilet and shower room in the cottage. Highchair available to lend. Lawn in front of the cottage for activities. Garden furniture in a separate conservatory with an opening towards southwest, together with a grill and grill tools.
Swap days are Sundays with access after 15:00 and departure before 11:00 (or after agreement)
The tenant will do the cleaning.
