Österlen, charming house Ö Hoby

This charming house with a view over the fields is located in the outskirts of the village Östra Hoby.
Bicycle distance to the beach, Glimmingehus or Skillinge with its marina tavern, the marina and fish shop.
Here are six berths, two double rooms divided on two floors.
On the ground floor; bathroom/shower/WC, one bedroom together with living room/kitchen/dining area in an open planning. The comfortable living room has a wood burner, TV/DVD-player/CD-player, books (detective novels) and movies.
In the modern kitchen; fridge/freezer/oven and dishwasher.
From the utility room with washing machine and tumble drier there is a steep staircase up to 3
bedrooms, one larger with a double bed and a small play room with a TV.
In the garden there are garden furniture and a barbeque.
In connection to the house there is a forge where the owners live.
