Sports cabin of 76m² with the ground floor and a sleeping loft. In one of the two bedrooms on the ground floor is a double bed and in the other room is a bunk bed. At the sleeping loft there is room for two persons in a bed + 2 on a mattress on the floor.
On the ground floor is a modern kitchen with dining area and living room (large room),
bathroom with washing machine, shower, and floor heating. Parking
with electric sockets and broadband.
Patio with a beautiful southern position. Vies towards the mountain.
We have a 16m 2 dog pen with a large dog house (insulated) for two dogs in connection to the guest house!
400 mts to the train station, Ica supermarket and ski buses to Åre, Björnen and Duved
skiing areas (10km).

DURING WINTER we have fantastic cross country ski tracks and children friendly slopes in Åre, Björnen, Duved, Trillevallen and Edsåsdalen distance 10 - 15km.

DURING SUMMER there is fishing, bicycling, downhill, golf, mountain hiking and much more as we live in the middle of nature! WELCOME!

Road description:
Drive road E14 from Östersund towards Åre, when you reach Undersåker, turn left down towards the community (signpost Vålådalen), drive down to Ica supermarket, take right to the top of the hill (Strandbergsväg) follow the road up to the top of the hill (300 mts).
