Close to sea on beautiful island of Smögen

Wonderful house on the beautiful island of Smögen on the Swedish west coast. We rent out the upper floor that fits larger/multiple families, or an apartment on the ground floor suitable for a smaller family.

The house is located only 200 m from the sea and has a large and lovely garden. Within a few minutes walk you will reach Smögen´s famous pier with fish and sea food halls, restaurants, cafes and shops in old fishing huts.

GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor is about 60 sqm and rent weekly to a maximum of six people: two bedrooms (one with 2 beds + extra bed if needed, the other with three beds), a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet and another small toilet. The hall is used as a living room with sofa and armchairs. The ground floor is newly renovated and has a private entrance.

UPPER FLOOR
The top floor rooms are rented on a weekly basis. The area is about 150 square meters, divided into 4 bedrooms (4+ 4 + 3 + 2 beds and 2 extra beds), a bathroom with shower and toilet and another small toilet, a kitchen with dining area, a dining room, large living room with a child and crafts corner.

Outside the house there is patio furniture and grill that may be used.

Smoking or pets is not permitted.
Cleaning or linens are not included.

Changeover day is Sunday.

Directions:
Cross the Smögen bridge and continue about a kilometer into the community. At the church, take right at Kyrkogatan. The house is located at the top of the street, on the right side (No. 20). Welcome!
