Very nice holiday house by Sweden´s longest sandy beach in Mellbystrand. The house´s area is of 105m². + circa 25m² englazed patio with Infrared Warmer. Located on about 1,000m² private and sunny plot, one bedroom with double beds, two smaller bedrooms with bunk beds. Kitchen and an all-purpose room in an open planning. An all-tiled bathroom with floor heating and washing machine. The kitchen has cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and a microwave oven. Distance to the beach is about 350 mts, shopping mall about 700 mts. Restaurants, swimming pools, kiosks, miniature golf, and corner shops within circa 600 mts. Closeness to Halmstad, Helsingborg and everything that southern Halland and north western Skåne has to offer of recreational activities and nature experiences. The house is well-managed and in particularly good condition. Smoking and/or pets is not permitted, bed linen and cleaning is not included in the rent. The house must be left cleaned and in same good condition as upon your arrival. Rented short or long term, all year round.
