Holiday Accommodation

Large terrace along the entire house with sofa in artificial rattan and only 5 meters to the water and private dock (sailboat depth).

Total area about 75 sqm including loft.

6 Beds: 1 continental bed, 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds in the loft.

Large open living room with dining area, sofa, club armchairs and coffee table. Fireplace - fireplace - and TV. Loft also has bean bags.

Well equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave.

Fully tiled bathroom (granite and white tile) with shower and WC and washing machine.

Park the car outside the door. Distance about 2.5 hours south of Stockholm. Perfect starting point for sailing to Gotland or Öland.

From the house it is about 7-8 km to Loftahammar with restaurants, patisserie, ICA (grocery store), marina, golf course, mini golf, paddle tennis, bike rental, kayak rental, fishing equipment shop and more.

Day trips can be taken to Västervik or Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby by car. You can also visit Kolmården's Zoo (just over 100 km). The cottage is also close to the beautiful spa town of Källvik. Take the ferry to the archipelago leaving from Loftahammar, Valdemarsvik and Västervik with different destinations.

Only for quiet stays for a caring family (max 5 family members).
