Rural cottage from 1870 with walking distance to nice swimming spots.
The cottage consists of kitchen with dining area. Cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee
percolator and the original wood stove. On the first floor there is also a living room
and a small conservatory with beautiful mullioned windows.
On the second floor, two bedrooms with a total of five berths, (a narrow staircase
up). As it is an old croft, the ceiling height is slightly lower on the upper floor (185-190 cm under the ridge).
Large ground plot with lawn for nice evenings with barbecue and outdoor games.
Garden furniture and barbecue available.
The cottage is located on a plot of 1,600m2 in connection to Töllås’ Sheep farm with
a farm shop with local products such as lamb meat, marmalade, chutney,
sourdough bread, vegetables, lamb skin etc. There is also a summer café with lunch, tarts

The cottage is located at the northern peak of Orust, near Henån and Slussen.
Distance to Henån 9km there you will find shops, tourist information centre, bank,
post office and an off license store.
Orust is famous for its many nice swimming spots and nice little archipelago
communities.
The lodger is responsible for cleaning the cottage before departure. The cleaning
can be bought for an extra fee.
